While our customers’ nonpublic personal information is under our control, access is limited to those employees who have legitimate business needs for such information with respect to the customers’ insurance coverages. In accordance with applicable state and federal regulations, we maintain physical, procedural and electronic safeguards to protect the privacy and confidentiality of their nonpublic personal information.

We collect, store, manage, and back up customer data using both on-site systems and off-site services in order to enhance our ability to service customers during periods of equipment breakdown or natural disaster.
