William J. Bixler
– Partner
Agency principal, William J. Bixler, has been in the insurance business for over 40 years after attending Niagara County Community College.
Bill has acquired extensive knowledge working with small business and municipalities, which allows him the background necessary to provide proper coverage for each individual client.
When not in the office, Bill is very active in the Medina Community. He is a long-term member and past president of the Orleans County Chamber of Commerce, a 23-year member of the Medina Rotary Club holding the office of president twice and is currently the youth exchange program chairperson. Bill has also been host father to fifteen international exchange students.
Rachel Hicks
– Agent
Rachel Hicks joined Albion Agencies in 2014. Rachel is a licensed insurance broker specializing in claims, home, and life insurance. Rachel holds a bachelors degree in Business Management and Economics. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons or working towards community efforts on the various boards she serves on.
Jamie Bennett
– Agent
Jamie Bennett joined Albion Agencies in 2016 and became a licensed insurance broker in 2017 where she specializes in home, auto, recreational vehicles, antique auto, business, and umbrella insurance. Jamie is a graduate of Albion High and resides in the Albion community with her two boys and husband.
Lisa Gerrard Campbell
– Agent
Lisa Gerrard Campbell joined Albion Agencies in 2021. Lisa is a licensed insurance broker specializing in home, auto, recreational vehicles, antique auto, umbrella, and flood insurance. Lisa graduated with a dual Associates degree in Business Administration and Fashion Merchandise from Genesee Community College. She is a lifetime resident of Genesee County with over 15 years of personal lines insurance. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys antiques, baking, cooking, and other family activities.
Stephanie Ward
– Personal Account Representative
Stephanie Ward joined Albion Agencies in 2021. Stephanie is a long time resident of Kendall, NY and started her insurance career at Orleans Agencies where she worked for 20 years. She has a degree from Genesee Community College in computer repair and word processing typist. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, camping, crafts, and time with her horses.
Sonny Graff, CIC
– Agent
Sonny joined Albion Agencies in 2022. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Daemen College and has been in the insurance industry since 2004. Sonny is a licensed insurance broker and received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2018 from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family camping, watching his two boys play soccer, motorcycle riding, and hunting.
